A 50 minute session which can be short-term, solution-focused or long-term, explorative, healing work. 

A 90 minute session with a small group (4-8) people processing their thoughts and feelings around a particular topic or relevant issue to personal life and relationships.  When participating in these groups, you will find support for your particular struggle and will be given feedback on how the other people in the group experience you.  These weekly sessions are particularly helpful if you would like to learn how to have more fulfilling relationships.  Groups are a dynamic experience where people report personal growth happening quickly.  Groups are forming regularly.  Contact me to find out about the next group.  Your name will be placed on a waiting list, and when that list grows to 4 or more, the group will choose a date and begin.  Groups are set for 10 weeks in duration and continue at the requests of the group members. 

Some group themes are:

~Co-ed interpersonal groups

~Coming Out or questioning matters of sexuality

~Artist's Way (creative group)

~Grief/Transition (including death, divorce, break-up, loss of pet, life changes, etc.)

~Exploring the Sacred Feminine Women's Group

As part of your individual counseling sessions, you will have an opportunity to write about particular aspects of your life or your history, as they relate to the situation which brought you into counseling.  Your writings will become pieces of dialogue for us, as you present them to me and I provide written feedback.  For those who feel they express themselves better in writing, this process can be extremely insightful and healing.
